During the morning you will be collected from your hotel and transferred to the local airport and fly to the mysterious Lines of the Pampa de Nasca. Prior to the overflight, our pilot will provide an explanation of this air journey that will last 35 minutes, then we will start our flight to the mysterious Nasca Lines. When boarding the plane, each passenger will receive a map with the location of each figure so that they can be oriented better. In order to observe each figure, the pilot will fly over each design in circles.
The Nasca Lines are mysterious strokes made on the sand covering an area of ??350 km, these represent figures of various animals and plants such as the whale, the spider, the monkey, the dog, the lizard, the hummingbird, the condor, among others , these figures reach measures of 15 to 300 m. and a depth of 30 cm. approximately.
According to Dr. MARIA REICHE who has dedicated a large part of her life to the study of these lines, it is the largest Astronomical Calendar in the World. After seeing all these beautiful designs, we will return to the Nasca local airport and head to the city to take the bus to the city of Ica or Lima.
